We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager or Director to help us meet our revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/she will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with other supporting teams on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

·         Establish sales strategy and execute across online channel (Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair, etc.)

·         Develop and extend sales route through negotiation with each online channel

·         Coordinate closely with other supporting teams in Korea, China and Indonesia as well.

·         Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

·         Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

·         Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management

·         Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and attend regular meetings with HO (late afternoon)



·         Bachelor’s degree in US required

·         Proven 5 to 10 year experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

·         Must be dedicated to online sales for the latest 2~3 years

·         Experience as purchasing manager at Amazon and Walmart highly preferred

·         Experience as sales manager with Amazon, Walmart and Wayfair is advantage

·         Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

·         Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

·         Excel skill of advanced or intermediate level required for data analysis

·         Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

·         Free to travel in US
